This special livery was planned and realized by both companies as a symbol of appreciation for the eight-year partnership. The design concept is a tribute to the RA272*2 which gave Honda its first F1 victory in 1965, while commemorating the 60th anniversary of the first win. The livery recreates the RA272’s iconic Japanese flag motif, featuring the “H” logo on the nose and the simple Honda logo on the side.
A special logo commemorating the 60th anniversary of Honda’s first F1 victory will be displayed on the Visa Cash App Racing Bulls VCARB02 car, in addition to the RB21.

The partnership between Honda, Red Bull began in 2018, and has given rise to numerous memorable showdowns and achievements, such as the dramatic final round championship victory in 2021 that brought Honda its first title in 30 years, Oracle Red Bull Racing’s 21 out of 22 round victories in 2023, and Max Verstappen’s fourth consecutive driver’s title in 2024. In 2025, Honda will continue to contribute to Oracle Red Bull Racing’s victories as the culmination of these achievements.
