October 18, 2014 - All-New ASIMO debuted in the United Kingdom this week, appearing on stage at WIRED 2014, an annual innovation, design and technology conference held in London’s docklands.

The two-day event, which attracted a diverse and stellar line up of speakers including the CEOs of leading technology companies, international pop stars and even British Royalty, provided Honda with the perfect platform from which to showcase the latest capabilities of its bipedal robot; in the country for the first time.

Whilst there, All-New ASIMO performed four shows, demonstrating improve running, walking and balance technologies in front of the gathered crowds of delegates and attending media.

Honda’s robot also remained at the Tobacco Dock venue over the weekend to attend and perform four shows at WIRED: Next Generation; a popular event aimed at inspiring children about science and innovation.

After London, All-New ASIMO will make two further special appearances in the country. ASIMO will first travel to Honda’s UK headquarters in Langley, Berkshire and then on to Honda’s European car manufacturing facility in Swindon, Wiltshire, to meet thousands of Honda Associates and engineers.
