• Welcome Plaza Aoyama is operated as a venue for all visitors to enjoy. There are no limitations on photography of most displays, but visitors are urged to take care in protecting the privacy of other visitors.
• Visitors may be asked not to take photographs / videos during special events.
• Welcome Plaza Aoyama staff may take photographs in order to improve visitor safety and comfort in the future.
• Staff will always explain their purpose and ask for prior consent when taking photographs in which individuals are identifiable. In case of events with many visitors, staff will explain their purpose, and visitors may opt-out by informing staff.
