Honda Aero, Inc. was awarded the “Diamond Award” of the FAA Maintenance Technician Awards program.

Honda Aero, Inc. was awarded the “Diamond Award” of the FAA Maintenance Technician Awards program.

Honda Aero, Inc. (HAI) was awarded the “Diamond Award” of the William (Bill) O’Brien Aviation Maintenance Technician Awards Program by the FAA, in recognition of high standard skills such as the quality and training level of the maintenance technicians.

HAI, responsible for the production and the heavy maintenance of GE Honda's HF120 Turbofan Engine, started these activities in 2013. The HAI has produced over 500 units and the flee of HF120 Turbofan Engines gas accumulated of 400,000 hours in operation.
