Enjoy Honda is an event for children and adults alike to “see, touch, and experience” the appeal of Honda’s motorcycles, automobiles, power products, and motorsports, Since the first event in 2001, Enjoy Honda has attracted a cumulative total of more than one million visitors.

At Enjoy Honda, Honda’s power products are exhibited in their own booth under the theme “The World of Honda Power Products.” By actually seeing and touching the various rarely seen power products on display, visitors can discover new fascinating aspects of Honda’s wide range of products, and take them home with them many wonderful memories.

Narikiri Photo Spot

Visitors can pretend to be a professional worker at the Narikiri [role-play] Photo Spot, where they can experience mowing a soccer field, plowing a large farm, and removing snow in a heavy snowfall area with actual products. Visitors can also take commemorative photos while operating the HF2417 ride-on lawn mower, the latest FU700 tiller, and the HSS760 high-performance snow blower, which are rarely seen up close, and enjoy a unique and unprecedented experience by touching actual power products.

Narikiri Photo Spot: An experience zone overflowing with smiles

Visitors who were initially reserved when looking at the photo spot naturally burst into smiles when the photo-taking began. Parents capturing their children’s special moments on camera, groups of slightly shy visitors striking impressive poses, others enjoying taking pictures while dressing up as professional craftsmen, and the unique poses suggested by the staff, make the experience even more enjoyable.

Grass Miimo robotic lawn mower demonstration area

Smart gardening: Robotic lawn mowing demonstration

While traditional management methods are still used in many parks and gardens in Japan, robotic technology is also being introduced, and Honda’s Grass Miimo robotic lawn mower introducing this new method of green space management through a demonstration that takes place in a dedicated artificial turf area. Children, especially those under the age of five, watch with amazement at its quiet and efficient operation.

The children’s fascination with this demonstration provides a warm moment for all to see. As the children gaze intently at the Grass Miimo, they are reluctant to leave the area when asked to move on. Power Products Plastic Models and Tomica Toys Exhibit

Honda power products as plastic models and Tomica toys!

Were you aware that Honda’s power products have been made into plastic models and Tomica toys?

Max Factory sells the plastic models “Minori with Honda F90 Tiller” and “Inaho with Honda Tiller F90 Paddy Wheel Ver.” modeled after Honda’s traditional F90 tiller, and “Minori with Honda Small Snow Plow HSS1170n” modeled after the HSS1170n snow plow. Meanwhile, Tomy is selling the Tomica FU655 modeled after the Honda FU655 tiller.

In addition to these plastic models and Tomicas, the Power Products booth also displays the actual HSS1170n snow plow and FU655 tiller, allowing visitors to compare the amazing detail of the models and the real thing. In addition, new exhibits will be added to the booth as new power products-related character goods become available.

In the booth, Max Factory staff demonstrate making plastic models, giving visitors from young children to adults the opportunity to get absorbed in the process, ask questions of the staff, and share in the fun of creation.

Smart energy zone: The world of Honda power sources and generators

Power sources and generators are power products that people are interested in, but rarely have the opportunity to see or experience firsthand. Honda’s LiB-AID E500 and LiB-AID E500 for Work power sources are displayed in real-world usage scenarios, connected to monitors, DVD players, fans, and lighting fixtures. In addition, these power sources provide electricity for the Grass Miimo demonstration.

Visitors can also experience charging their cell phones using a variety of power cables. Don’t miss this opportunity to experience firsthand and hear a detailed explanation of the products from Honda staff. The power source charging station consists of three power source units at three tables with three chairs each, where families can enjoy taking a break and relaxing while charging their smartphones at this oasis.

Energy innovation zone: Honda’s advanced generators and outboard motors

Whenever disasters such as earthquakes, typhoons, and power outages occur, a key item that attracts attention is the power generator. Many people are interested, but the opportunities and information for hands-on experiences are limited. In the Power Products booth, Honda exhibits the EU26i, a portable, state-of-the-art generator, and the EU9i ENEPO, which uses cassette gas cylinders to generate power. While there are not many opportunities to see smiling faces in this section, people are often seen intently listening to the staff’s explanations.

In addition, the Honda BF2 outboard motor attracts attention in the exhibit section. Many visitors were surprised to learn that Honda makes outboard motors. Honda invites you to take a look at the best-selling outboard motor in Japan that does not require a marine license, and try it out.

At the Power Products booth, visitors are greeted by a team of booth guides and staff members who excel in their product knowledge and talent for bringing smiles to visitors’ faces. Friendly staff greet visitors with the top priority of making visitors smile. As part of this unique approach, many staff members work with counters (counting devices) in hand, counting the number of smiles they see.

Enjoy Honda is so popular that people start lining up before the doors opened at 9:00 am. A wide variety of programs, including automobiles and motorcycles, are available for everyone, from children to adults, to enjoy the world of Honda to their hearts’ content.

The appeal of the Power Products booth is that visitors can often encounter moments when their expressions change from doubt, to surprise, to spontaneous smiles. The smiling faces of the children, in particular, seemed to embody the very appeal of Honda’s power products.

Looking around the booth, a photo spot was set up in the most eye-catching position, and Miimo was being demonstrating to its side. Moving further back, visitors’ interest was piqued by an unexpected display of plastic models and Tomica cars.

One visitor commented, “I didn’t know Honda was involved in such a wide variety of products (outboard motors, snowplows, etc.). I like Honda’s attitude of manufacturing products with the freedom of not being bound by categories.”
