Tokyo, February 20, 1998 - Honda Motor Co., Ltd. has announced the launch, on March 10, of the new, improved Benly 50S/90S sports bikes with specially toughened "Tuff-up" tire inner tubes to minimize the risk of punctures now fitted as standard. With their simple yet individual styling and 4-cycle engines, which provide a smooth ride with excellent road grip, both these bikes have proved particularly popular with young people since their initial launch in April 1996.
The new Tuff-up tire tubes have proved themselves a hit since they were introduced on the Super Cub series, largely eliminating the worry and hassle associated with punctures.

Alongside this change, the tank emblem has been upgraded on both the 50S and 90S. The choice of body colors has also been expanded on the 50S, with two options now available - Black or Silver Metallic. The 90S comes in stylish Black.
