Honda's StepWGN (Step Wagon) Goes Through a Minor Model Change

Tokyo, August 25, 1997 - Honda Motor Co., Ltd. updated today its popular 1.5 box StepWGN line-up by standardizing ABS and dual SRS airbags throughout the range and further adding a number of convenience features. This new StepWGN will be made available through Honda's Primo, Verno and Clio networks nationwide starting August 25.
Since its introduction 14 months ago in May 1996, StepWGN sales have reached some 146,000 units (over 10,000 units per month), making it one of the most popular models in the mini-van/one-box category.

Main Features:
- Standard ABS, dual airbag system and second row seatbelts with child seat installation capability.
- Full flat front and second row seats.
- Gasoline warning lamp on all FF models
