Production in Japan for the month of April 2015 experienced a year-on-year decrease for the ninth consecutive month (since August 2014).
Production in regions outside of Japan experienced a year-on-year increase for the second consecutive month (since March 2015), setting record high production for the month of April. This includes high production for the month of April in North America, Asia and China.
Production worldwide experienced a year-on-year decrease for the fourth consecutive month (since January 2015).

Total domestic automobile sales in the Japanese market for the month of April 2015 experienced a year-on-year decrease for the seventh consecutive month (since October 2014).
New vehicle registrations experienced a year-on-year decrease for the seventh consecutive month (since October 2014).
Sales of mini-vehicles experienced a year-on-year decrease for the sixth consecutive month (since November 2014).

Fit was the industry’s third best-selling car among new vehicle registrations for the month of April 2015 with sales of 8,372 units.
<Mini-vehicles - under 660cc>
N-BOX was the industry’s top selling car in the mini-vehicle category for the month of April 2015 with sales of 10,218 units. N-WGN was the industry’s 9th best-selling car with sales of 4,204 units.
