HondaJet realized Honda's long-held dream of taking its mobility into the skies.
Its unique configuration, where engines are mounted over the main wings, enabled the creation of a quiet and spacious cabin and realized a very light jet which flies faster, higher, and farther than typical business jets in the same class. Being supported by many customers since its first customer delivery in 2015, more than 230 units of HondaJet are now flying around the world.
The HondaJet Echelon, whose name was revealed on Oct. 17, will be in the light jet class, one class above the current HondaJet models. In addition to accommodating more passengers, the HondaJet Echelon will become the world’s first jet in its class capable of nonstop transcontinental flight across the U.S. Including the achievement of unprecedented fuel economy and compatibility with carbon-neutral fuels, HondaJet will continue evolving into mobility that brings even greater joy and freedom of mobility.
