Dubai Airshow 2025

Honda R&D to Exhibit at Dubai Airshow 2025.
Since announcing its initiative in 2021, Honda R&D has been advancing the realization of an electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing aircraft (eVTOL) through continuous efforts in research of core technologies, conceptual and preliminary aircraft design, type certification, and studies toward building an eVTOL ecosystem.

Leveraging its expertise in aerodynamics, flight control, and structural design, along with electric motor and hybrid power unit technologies refined through Formula 1 and mass-production vehicle development, as well as its experience in developing, certifying, and producing the HondaJet, Honda is integrating its diverse technological strengths, accumulated knowledge, and the talents of its engineers to develop a safe and high-value eVTOL for customers.

At the Dubai Airshow 2025, Honda R&D will present the current status and future direction of its eVTOL development. Visitors will have the opportunity to experience firsthand the human-centered mobility concept Honda envisions and engage with members of the aviation industry, as the company seeks to accelerate development through collaboration and dialogue.
