November 1 marked a presentation ceremony that coincided with Hello Kitty’s 50th birthday. Honda gifted its special edition Hello Kitty version of its popular Super Cub 110 series to the character herself!

Hello Kitty was very excited when she first caught sight of the special vehicle, hidden under wraps. Minoru Kato, Chief Officer of Motorcycle and Power Products Operations, handed her the key to the bike with a big:

“Kitty-chan, happy birthday!”

The key has the special Hello Kitty 50th Anniversary logo on it, along with a shape just like a teeny apple candy. It’s the sort of key you never want to let go.

Now it’s time for the unveiling. One, two, three…

Hello Kitty was overjoyed!

Minoru explained all the highlights of the new design to Hello Kitty, and she couldn’t stop smiling at the vehicle, it had so many great features. Kitty loved it.
