Tokyo, July 4, 2001 --- Honda Motor Co., Ltd. today announced that it will begin importing the EBR2300CX small generator, manufactured by Honda-Mindong Generator Co., Ltd. (a Honda joint-venture company located in Fuzhou, Fujian province, China), for sale at Honda power products dealers nationwide in Japan from July 5th.
With a continuous operating time of over 10 hours*1, the EBR2300CX is an ideal power supply for construction sites and similar applications. Further, operating noise that is among the lowest in its class (63dB) also makes it well suited to use in urban and residential settings.
The EBR2300CX also features excellent environmental performance, capable of meeting the requirements of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Phase II emissions regulations and offering fuel economy that is the top in its class.
