Ai Ogura | Honda Team Asia (4th)
"In Motegi and Australia, I didn't have a good race, but today I'm happy with the result. Starting from 14th position, I struggled to overtake other riders, but after some accidents, I found some free space to ride comfortably. I've been managing my lap time and tires, and in the end, I tried to fight for the podium. Iit was not enough, and I finished fourth. We have found something for next year, and I'm looking forward to Valencia."
Kaito Toba | Honda Team Asia (DNF)
"Again, an unlucky race for me. I felt strong, and I was controlling the race, riding inside the group, but two riders crashed in front of me, and I couldn’t dodge them. Now it is time to forget it, and start to think about Valencia."
Hiroshi Aoyama | Team Manager, Honda Team Asia
"A hard and long race, in extremely hot conditions. Both riders didn’t do well in qualifying, so during the race, they were in the middle of a huge group. Toba had an incident in the middle of the race. It's a pity because during the weekend he was consistent and strong. Ogura was struggling during the weekend, but he finished in an excellent fourth place. He never gave up during the race, believing in his options. A perfect race today, so close to getting on the podium. Kaito had the speed, and Ogura showed how strong he could be. I have the feeling that they will be strong in Valencia."
