Following extensive restoration, the 1984 Honda HP-X Concept was entered in the “Wedge-Shaped Concept Cars and Prototypes Class” at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, during Monterey Car Week. The prestigious car show is held annually on the 18th fairway of the Pebble Beach Golf Links in Pebble Beach, California, showcasing the finest classic cars, concept vehicles, and luxury automobiles.
The radical wedge-shaped Honda HP-X (Honda Pininfarina eXperimental), styled and handcrafted by renowned Italian design house Pininfarina, was first shown at the 1984 Turin Auto Show, setting the stage for the iconic first-generation NSX supercar.
