A high-performance machine developed as the CBR series’ flagship model, powered by a newly developed 1000 cc water-cooled, 4-stroke, inline 4-cylinder DOHC engine, mounted on a twin-tube diamond frame. This full fairing model had excellent aerodynamic characteristics, aimed at comfortable high-speed cruising. Its sleek and dynamic styling also received high acclaim.
