Joined Honda in 1992. Worked in human resources, labor and general affairs at the Suzuka Factory, Tochigi R&D Center, Aoyama Head Office and Wako R&D Center. Moved to the Corporate Planning & Control Division in 2012, where he is responsible for HR strategy, and started the Next Generation Hydrogen Education Project in 2015.

Joined Leave a Nest in 2002 while studying at university. Involved in starting up education work. Based on the company’s philosophy of “advancing science and technology for global happiness”, he is mainly responsible for developing education programs with businesses as a Science Bridge Communicator to make science and technology easy for people to understand. Launched the Next Generation Hydrogen Education Project with Honda.
